2. A/V-아/어야 되다 = should, need to A/V
학생들은 9시까지 와야 돼요.
Students should come by 9.
학생들은 부지런해야 됩니다.
Students should be diligent.
지급 떠나야 됩니다.
I must leave now.
3. 별일(이) 없다 = don't have anything special
요즘 별일 없으시지요?
- 네, 별일 없어요.
Is everything all right these days?
- Yes, everything is fine.
4. N(B)에/(으)로 내려가다/내려오다 = to go to/ to come to N(B) (speaker in A, go from A to B)
언제 고향에 가세요?
- 내일 내려가려고 해요.
When are you going to your hometown?
- I am going tomorrow.
* N(A)에/(으)로 올라가다/올라오다 = to go to/ to come to N(A) (speaker in B, go to A from B)
언제 서울에 왔어요?
- 어제 올라왔어요.
When did you come to Seoul?
- I came yesterday.
5. A-(으)ㄴ데 괜찮아요? = is it ok to be A/ if V (suggestion)
시장에 같이 가고 싶은데 괜찮아요?
- 오늘은 바빠서 안 되는데요.
I want to go the market with you. Is that all right?
- I can't go today because I am busy.
*V-는데 괜찮아요? : is it ok if V (suggestion)
- 네, 괜찮아요.
The movie ends at 11 pm. Is that OK?
- Yes, that's fine.
6. N을/를 부르다 = to invite N
제 생일에 친구들을 불렀어요.
I invited/called my friends on my birthday.
7. 그럼요 = 물런이에요 = of course
한국말이 재미있지요?
-그럼요.

- Sure it is.
- 물론이에요.
Can you speak Korean?
- Of course.
