2. N을/를 가지다 : to have N (only use for things)
그는 좋은 자동차를 가지고 있어요.
He has a good car.
참 좋은 취미를 가지고 있군요.
You have a really nice hobby.
3. N도 A/V-고요 : N be also A (N also V)
사과는 맛있어요. 값도 싸고요.
Apples are tasty. And they also cheap!
일요일에는 책을 읽습니다. 편지도 쓰고요.
I read books on Sunday. I also write letters.
4. V-(으)ㄹ래요 : would you like to V (asks for the thoughts and intentions of the listener)
영화표가 두 장 있는데 같이 갈래요?
I have 2 tickets to the movies. Would you like to go with me?
DVD를 하나 샀는데 한번 볼어 벌래요?
I bought a tape. Would you like to watch it?
우리 집에 놀러 올래요?
Do you want to come and hangout at my house?
좀 도와 줄래요?

*V-(으)ㄹ래요 : will V (same as V-겠다, expresses the intention or will of the speaker)
나는 이제 잘래요.
I'm going to sleep now.
뭐 먹을래요?
- 나는 비빔밥 먹을래요.
What are you going to eat?
- I will eat pipimpap.
나는 그 사람 다시 안 만날래요.
I won't meet that person again.
5. 시간이 나다 : to have spare time (idiom)
시간이 나면 같이 야구 구경 갑시다.
Let's go to see a baseball game if we have time.
시간이 나시면 저에게 전화해 주세요.
Please give me a call when you have some time.
6. 는 --> -ㄴ : contraction form
나는 --> 난
난 등산을 좋아합니다.
I like hiking.
7. 전혀 안 A : not A at all.
그 영화는 전혀 무섭지 않아요.
That movie is not scary at all.
8. 전혀 못 (안) V : cannot/ not V at all.
나는 한국어를 전여 못 합나다.
I can't speak Korean at all.
