2. A/V-(으)ㄴ/는 편이다 : rather, tends to______ than normal
*A-(으)ㄴ편이다.
*V-는 편이다.
이곳은 교통이 복잡한 편이에요.
This place the traffic tends to be heavy than normal.
올해는 좀 더운 편이지요.
This year is rather hot.
윌슨 씨는 한국 음식을 잘 먹는 편입니다.
Wilson eats Korean food rather well.
Translate:
Lesson 8: It's loud because I heard the traffic noise.
나... I moved to this house because of that .
가... It's near mountain, so the air is so refreshing.
나... Yes. It's very cool when you open the window. However it's noisy because of traffic noise.
가... Is this the master room? It's quite big.
나... Yes. The room is rather big, but the bathroom is narrow, so it's inconvenient.
가... In our lodging house, because the bathroom is used publicly, it is really inconvenient.
