The english translation on example number 3 is a bit off:
"3. 집을 이사하고 싶어요. 그래서 집을 찾는 중이에요.
I plan to move my house. So I’m looking are a new one."
A more natural translation would be something like "I want to move, so I'm looking/searching for new housing".
Also number six is a bit weird as well:
"6. 아내가 임신 중이에요. 다음 달에 출산할 거예요.
My wife is in pregnancy. She will give birth in next month."
I would translate it to "My wife is pregnant. She will give give birth next month."
