분식점 = snack bar / quán ăn vặt

분점 = branch / chi nhánh

 

대전에서 제일 유명한 빵집의 분점이 서울에도 생겼다.

불친절하다 = unkind, unfriendly / không thân thiệt, thô lỗ

저렴하다 = cheap / rẻ

 

이 식당은 음식 가격이 저렴해서 학생들에게 인기가 많아요.

This restaurant is popular with students because the food is cheap.

 

인터넷에서 사는 게 더 저렴하더군요.

It's cheaper to buy online.

 

여기는 물건을 저렴한 가격에 팔아요.

We sell things here at low prices.

 

지저분하다 = messy / bừa bộn

 

며칠 동안 청소를 못 해서 방이 지저분해요.

The room is messy because it hasn't been cleaned for several days.

 

책상 위가 지저분하면 집중력이 떨어져요.

If my desk is messy, I lose concentration.

 

점심에 간 식당은 좀 지저분해 보셨어요.

The restaurant we went for lunch looked a bit messy.

 

친절하다 = friendly, kind / thân thiện

 

한국 생활이 처음에는 힘들었지만 친절한 이웃들 덕분에 빨리 적응했어요.

쾌적하다 = pleasant, comfortable, fresh (air) / dễ chịu, sảng khoái

The restaurant is clean and spacious, so you can enjoy your meal in a comfortable atmosphere.

 

창문을 여니 쾌적한 공기가 들어왔습니다.

I opened the window and fresh air came in.

한산하다 = quiet, uncrowded / vắng vẻ, thưa thớt

 

방학에는 학생들이 없어서 학교가 한산하다.
