현대사회에서 해를 거듭할수록 출생률 감소로 인한 인구감소가 이루어지고 있다. 어린이가 인구에서 차지하는 비율은 점차 낮아지고 있으며 고령화 사회로 접어들면서 노인 인구 비율은 증가하고 있다. 의학기술의 발달로 평균수명은 높아 지고 있다. 저출산의 원인으로는 경제적 부담이 가장 큰 원인이라고 생각한다. 아이를 키우기 위한 양육비와 교육비등이 많이들기 때문이 아이를 낳아서 키우기에 어렵다고 생각하기 때문이다.

경제를 이끌어가는 젊은 인력이 줄어든다는 건 국가적으로도 밝은 미래를 맞이하기 어렵다고 생각한다. 노인의 비율이 많아진다면 사회적으로 부담해야할 비용 들이 늘어가게 되고 이런 부양비용을 젊은 사람들의 세금에서 더욱 걷을 수 밖에 없기 때문이다. 국가에서 노인의 비율이 증가함에 따라 증가하는 사회적 비용은 매년마다 증가할 수 밖에 없기 때문에 국가적으로도 어려움을 발생시킬 수 있다고 생각한다.

저출산의 원인에 따른 실질적인 방안을 내놓는 것이다. 경제적인 부담이 켜서 결혼도 하지 않고 포기하기 때문에 출산율도 같이 하락한다고 생각한다. 아이를 낳아서 성인으로 키우기까지 많은 비용이 들어가기 때문에 국가에서는 경제적으로 부담을 완화할 수 있는 정책을 내놓아서 실시하도록 한다. 저출산을 해결한다면 고령화문제도 함께 개선되는 문제라고 생각한다.
